They all came with a video card originally.

The Apple card was 8 bit IIRC.

The dongles are quite different the apple one is grey and just has a
connector for the video.  The Focus one is black with a  thin cable leading
to a HUGE black lump which has two sockets one for video, one for Ethernet.
