Those cells aren't available at any RatShack of which I'm aware. Common misunderstanding 'round these here parts, you can't use just any ol' cell what looks like the originals. You gotta use the original Vanadium Pentoxide Lithium type cells.
digikey gets ~$7 each for tabbed VL2330 cells (two needed for one PRAM battery), 10 for $66, so the $16 for a complete pram battery looks to be the best bet. Assuming those are fresh batteries that is . . .
