well,... the port is there, i do not know if the card is in. I don't know if the port being there implies the card being in? I've been told that the only internal modem for 5xx pb's is the Global Village and the installed driver complains about the modem not being there. Is there a simple way to find out if a modem is there under OS 7.5.5? (like in later OS's). Perhaps it is there, but defective... thanks for any hints.
