When I changed the hard drive in my powerbook 5300, the battery was in, the keyboard out and the powerbook started up. I pulled out the battery so it stopped running.
Now when I plug in the 5300 , the machine starts before I press the power key. I have held in the re-set button for 2 minutes with the battery and AC power out. Is there another remedy I should try?
