I have absolutely no clue if they're Mac-compatible, but compgeeks.com often has (as they do now) CF microdrives. Their stock right now is 340 mb IBM @ $59 US, 1 Gb IBM @ $187 US, and 2.2 Gb MagicStor @ $199.99 US.
