This has been bugging me for a while now. I have a PB 1400c/166 with a dead
main battery- works fine, and as I got it for free, I'm not one to complain.
However, when I removed the battery, I noticed that the second battery
connector from the left was broken off at the bend below the part that
actually makes contact with the battery terminal. I was wondering if that
contact was vital to the functioning of the battery, as I am thinking of
buying a new one.
BTW- 1400's rock.
