No to all of your questions short of the ADB keyboard question. MacAlley, Adesso and 
Apple have produced very good ergonomic keyboards for ADB. Check eBay and the swap 
list. The Apple Adjustable keyboard was the best of the bunch.  It is rather a 
collector's item, so usually sells for much more.
