Hello, Please help me I cannot access the following webpage : www.irs.gov/
I am using a powerbook 3400c running internet explorer 5.1 and OS 8.6. For some reason I cannot load the home page of the internal revenue service on my browser. On my Win 95 machine the page loads so I guess it isnt my "older" browser version that's the problem. Any ideas. Thanks in advance. By the way my iMac running OS 9.2.2 has the same problem.
