Hmm... given that we're talking about a 1400, there are really only two options to consider for the ATA drive:
1) Some kind of PCMCIA->ATA adapter. These used to be marketed as a way of migrating data from an old laptop drive to a new one. 2) The recently posted hack that converted a 1400 CD-ROM sled into a drive bay HD. Sorrt, but I can't help on the network card. <<<john>>> > -----Original Message----- > From: PowerBooks [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Ed > Gibson > Sent: Wednesday, February 18, 2004 6:48 PM > To: PowerBooks > Subject: Connecting a 2 1/2" ATA drive externally to a 1400 > > > I've got a 2 1/2" 8 gig ATA drive that is like 17mm thick and was > wondering if anyone has an external drive case to hook it up to my > 1400.
