Select the TrashCache folder and up pops a box, and there is a checkbox for Invisible. Uncheck that.
Quit and if you're asked to save any changes, obviously you'd want to answer yes.
I'm not sure if you'd need to reboot in order for the folder to now be visible.
However, the utility software that you installed to get this TrashCache function would certainly have a means of recovering files from there, without having to go the ResEdit route. You may want to try that first.
Also, you should probably do this ResEdit thing after doing a Shift-key restart (i.e., restart w/ no extensions). The extension that's providing the TrashCache functionality may have a problem w/ you messing with that folder's settings. (Besides, IIRC there was at least one such extension where the "invisible" folder became visible if the corresponding extension didn't load...
Hope that all helps.

ResEdit should make the folder visible. IIRC that's a TechTool Pro feature, so you could probably use TTP to render it visible as well. In any event I seem to recall that all the files in the TrashCache folder are visible, so you just have to open the folder.
TrashCache is only showing up under a find file function and it's an
invisible folder. ResEdit isn't giving me any function to make it visible
either - amazing how these machines know just how to frustrate their
users. :)
