You have to tell the sending computer which folder to share.  I haven't done this in a 
long time, but you have to set up file-sharing properly before a folder will be 
visible on the receiving computer.  I am sure others on this list can help easily.  If 
however you need help, I will try to do this
for you and see if we can work it out together.  What I do however, is send myself 
files as attachments over the internet email if they are not too large.  It seems 
easier to do that than mess around with file sharing if I don't need to send much.  
With cable broadband, I can send up to 10mb of
files reliably.
