Though technically not a Powerbook, after much use I feel the iceBook keyboard is more comfortable and allows me to type more quickly than the 1400. And if you think the 5xx keyboard is bad, you should try the Japanese version of the 5xx keyboard. I thought it was pretty sad, then I got an American 520 and *wow*, with that context the Japanese version is just plain horrific (not talking about key placement, etc, simply the feel here).
