Sorry for the OT, but I recall there are some TX people on the lists:
I desperately need to email with someone tonight (Mon) or tomorrow who can help me source a used Win98 laptop from a computer shop in Laredo, TX or vicinity (even tho I'm in Michigan...). Suggestions for shops most welcome.
Some students are doing biology field work , a couple hours out of Laredo or so in the middle of nowhere, laptop died, hard to get email or phone access, etc etc.
If someone here knows the area please email me off-list;
