well, you could temporarily solder in a fuseholder on flying leads. then - assuming whatever blew th fuses was external & transient - start really small and work your way up until (a) it works and (b) the fuse doesn't blow. Add 25% and put that size on the mb.

just how I would attack it.

PS, still looking for a good, cheap (like free) kanga board for our 3400......


On a similar note, I have 2 3400 com boards that are marked "bad". After inspection I found that each board had a blown fuse F1 (the only fuse I could ever find on any part of a 3400). There are no markings to indicate what amp rating the fuse is, nor is the fuse marked. Does anyone know what amp rating I should use as a replacement ?
