I had RamDoubler 2 installed on my Centris and PowerMac desktops and it ran just
fine on OS 8, I recall.  You'll run into trouble when/if you upgrade to OS 9,
though; you'll need to upgrade RamDoubler to a higher version.

If you turn on VM, RamDoubler won't install during the power up; the VM settings
will override RamDoubler.
