Gary... I saw your note on your 3400c. Here's the spec on my 3400/180, recently sold on eBay:
Apple Powerbook 3400c/180 with 256 KB L2 Cache a.. 144 MB RAM (maximum) b.. 6 GB Hard Drive (upgraded) c.. CD-ROM module d.. Floppy Drive Module e.. Active Matrix LCD w/no bad pixels f.. All port doors installed (ADB & Rear I/O) g.. Three (3) Working LiION Batteries (>1.5 hours each) h.. Modem (33.6) / Ethernet (10BaseT) with dongle i.. VST Dual Battery Charger j.. Two AC Adapters (one for on-the-road/one for the office) k.. MediaVision SCSI Adapter (HDI-30 to DB-25F) l.. Currently running MacOS 9.1 (flawlessly), but also includes the original 3400c OS distribution CD m.. New PRAM battery, with an extra PRAM battery included Note the three working batteries, two AC adapters, VST dual battery charger, and extra PRAM...sold for $137.50. I was greatly disappointed. Your $200 firm is understandable (especially for the 240 MHz model), but unfortunately, it may not be realistic. I'm not writing to pick on your effort or to offend. It's a shame, because the 3400 is still a nice machine. I just bought an almost flawless Pismo and all accessories, including a rolling computer case for $350 -- who would have ever thought that was possible. rb -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
