Maybe I should try a more specific question. A quick recap: I bought a 5300c and was told by the previous owner that it had a bad video card, that the screen didn't diplay anything. I had a nonworking 5300cs to take parts from. Before trying to unsolder any thing from the motherboard I tried just installing the cs screen onto the c. It worked great for about a week, but now it boots up to a blank screen. Does anybody have an idea what's going on here?
Question: Should I try taking the video card from cs and puting it in c? If so, how should I identify that card? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
