Yeah, that's the problem alright.

Who is your target audience? If it's users of System 7 - OS 9, then you want to use either Sorenson or Cinepak instead of MPEG4. MPEG4 is pretty processor intensive, and most people running those systems don't have the horsepower for MPEG4 (or OS X, for that matter).

Yes I will most likely re do the videos. After all, I'll want to watch them on my own Duo!
