DAVE, from Thursby Systems will do that. It will also allow you to access file shares on the XP systems. Kind of expensive, though they sell a SOHO package (or did...I haven't looked at their offerings since the arrival of OS X, which does this natively)


The Mac will have to have appropriate drivers for the printers; if they're not Postscript, or printers that explicitly have networked printer drivers for the Mac, though, you're OOL.
