I would strongly recommend you find a copy of RamDoubler for that machine, regardless of how much memory you end up putting in it--and if you can find one (and they do show up on ebay occasionally--2.5" SCSI notebook drives), a larger HD for the machine. Having used a 520c for several years before "graduating" to the 5300 I'm currently using, I can tell you that it's a nice little powerbook, even if it is a bit slow for things like web browsing. (a zen-like patience will make things easier to deal with there. :) )
