There is an update to the AppleShare client software that you need to install. Check Apple for it.

Don't know about that, I'll look for it. In related news, a kindhearted list user has fixed my main problem by pointing out that OS X needs to be in classic mode to communicate properly with my old machine. Sure enough, that fixed it, and I now have connectivity.


If I was to upgrade to 10.4 when it comes out, would I still be able to use Classic mode?
