I've heard about that. Mine are full retail versions, yet the install program itself still won't run.

Does your system meet the hardware requirements?
If so and it still does not install something is definitely wrong.
Dirty disk? Damaged ?
Hardware card not seated ?
Dirty connectors?
Not enough RAM. Needs a CUDA reset . CUDA on PB ? I don't know.
