Hi all, A quick question: I have a 280c with a SCSI Dock adapter connected to an Apple Mini-Dock; the SCSI Dock adapter is also connected to a properly terminated external Apple ROM SCSI CD-ROM drive; inside, Apple OS 8. I have never gotten this arrangement to boot; holding down the "C" key, all I get are the chimes of death - doesn't the 280c allow CD booting? I know SCSI concerns are NOT the issue; but can't figure out what is. Any thoughts?
