Hi everyone,

My daughter wants a "girly" colored computer. I was checking out Imacs on
Ebay.
333 MHZ is plenty fast for her needs.
So anything I should know about before buying one? (Desktop-road apple?)

Being this is the powerbook list, I take it you're looking for an original clamshell iBook, then, not an iMac?

If they've got original batteries, then they're most likely dead or mostly so. Replacement ones are readily available and, compared to other Powerbook batteries, pretty cheap too.

Otherwise, they have small HDD's that are a %#^&@$%# to replace, need more more ram to run OS X, but they do run 10.3 quite happily.
