I was wondering if there was any other way to charge the 500 series intelligent batteries without having them in the computer and without a fancy external charger. My batteries are so dead that the computer won't even recognize them, and I am hoping that I can get enough power to them to get the computer to recognize them and I could use EMMpathy or LIND Battery Utilities to fix them.
P.S. Intelligent Battery Recondition recognizes the batteries but says they can't be fixed. P.P.S. My floppy drive is broken so I can't put any new software on it. -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
