I"ll buy a newer PowerBook (hopefully a 1400). I've heard good things about the 1400. I want a basic PowerPC Mac with a CD-ROM drive and a working floppy, PC Card slots, and a color screen. I also want something with a more reliable battery. I hate the (un)intelligent batteries that are in my 520. Does the 1400 have an "intelligent" battery?
