Hi folks. New to the list, so my apologies if this has been covered
before, but the search functionality on the maclaunch site does not seem
to go back very far. Please point me to an archive or other resource if
this is a FAQ.

I have a Duo 210 that has suddenly developed a horizontal line across
the screen, about 10 rows up from the bottom of the screen. It covers
about two pixel rows. It is mostly solid, a bit of an orange-tint to
what would be white on the passive matrix screen.

Has anyone seen this before, and more importantly, does anyone know how
to fix it? The symptoms suggest to me a problem with the screen itself,
not the cable or main board, but I'm not familiar with the LCD
circuitry. I'm disappointed because the computer is otherwise in
excellent condition, and while it's still quite usable, the line is
quite a distraction.

Thanks in advance,
-- Michael
