I've got my pb maxed out at 64mb. it's snappy. i just wanted to see if there was a way to have the virtual mem someplace else other than the primary HDD. 2 disks are better than one. i was just wondering if the the transfer rate and seek time is faster or slower than that of the standard 2gig HDD that came with the PB1400c. we all know that the 2 main bottlenecks with the 1400 are the mem and the hdd.
