Skill in interpreting and communicating technical information both verbally and in writing. 7. Ability to develop and manage technical documentation in accordance with the Department's standards. 8. Ability to create and maintain SharePoint sites using SharePoint 2010 and 2013 to include automation tasks and workflows, etc. *Education* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.
