Please share some sample codes and configuration Responsibilities: ·Implement and enhance ServiceNow platform and modules per business requirements. ·Complete development, configuration and workflow administration to support business processes in the platform. ·Provide day to day operational support and maintenance including planned maintenance outages. ·Collect, consolidate and analyze service metrics to facilitate decision making related to service improvements. ·Conduct unit testing and install new modules, releases and version upgrades. ·Actively manages the lifecycle of the platform. ·Monitor and fine tune application to achieve optimum performance levels. ·Perform assessments and listen to internal customers to understand and anticipate their business needs and determine their priorities in the context of the overall enterprise and strategy ·Provides analysis of problems while working toward solutions to technical issues. ·Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in a specialized area, remaining upto date on current trends and best practices. ·Act as a Tier 2/3 support for system 7x24x365 Requirements: ·5-8 years experience in ServiceNow administration and development ·Experience with implementing and maintaining Discovery, Mid-serversand CMDB modules ·Experience setting up Cis and their relationships to build a robust CMDB and support Asset Management ·Experience with sever side scripting and pattern development in a Windows and Linux environment hosted both on premise and in the cloud ·Expertise in ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript, Angular JS, Bootstrapand Jelly Script ·Expertise in Web technologies (Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, etc) ·Understanding of ITIL v3 and its components. ·Understanding of Enterprise IT Architecture. ·Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills. ·End user support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and permanent resolution of system issues. ·Ability to multitask and manage time effectively amongst multiple priorities. ·Ability to work on a crossfunctional team to design and implement scalable and sustainable systems. ·On call flexibility, including, unplanned and planned maintenance and outages ·Demonstrated writing skills for creating run books, functional, design and configuration Specifications Preferred Experience ·Experience implementing other ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Enhancement Management, Release Management, Resource Management, PPM, Performance Analytics, and Change Management. ·ITIL certification. ·ServiceNow Administration / Application Developer certification. ·SQL experience for Data Mining and Data Analysis. ·Experience working in a regulated environment ·Experience in a global company dealing with multiple locations ________________________________________________________________ Title : Camstar tester Location : Thousand Oaks/San Diego,CA Please note that we need a person who has done testing for MES system with Camstar tool.
