One of our clients is looking for an *PeopleSoft Finance Developer* in* Plano, TX (Remote)**.* *Position: **PeopleSoft Finance Developer* *Location: Plano, TX (Remote)* *Type: Contract* *Job Description:* *Note – Look for consultants with Custom Application experience* The PeopleSoft Finance Developer will be responsible for developing and supporting both delivered (AP, AR, GL, AM, Purchasing) and customized module enhancements. This will include designing, planning, coding and documenting technical solutions; testing, debugging, fixing, and retesting those technical solutions and preparing for migrations to a Production environment using the People Tools development suite. Responsibilities will also include providing end user support; troubleshooting and resolving problems; designing application process changes, writing specifications for them, and developing the solutions. The Developer is expected to follow industry standards to deliver the most efficient solutions. Project-Specific Responsibilities or Qualifications: · Designs and develops complex PeopleSoft Pages and Components. · Experience with 9.x Architecture · At least three prior engagements developing PeopleSoft custom online applications and interfaces. · Experience Creating complex, custom modules, and functionality from scratch. · Working with custom code Using People Tools for Pages, Components, Records, and other PeopleSoft Objects to build and troubleshoot custom code. · Experience with PeopleSoft Integration tools and integrating PeopleSoft applications with third party applications using web services. · Experience building Component Interfaces, App Engines, and App Packages · Writes, tests, debugs complex PeopleSoft programs App Package, App Engine, People Code, etc., · Create and develop PeopleSoft XML BI Publisher reports from scratch. · Maintains the data integrity within PeopleSoft. · Utilizing SQL to create complex queries.
