Senior Business Analyst helps achieve business goals by analyzing business
needs, business processes, and application of IT technology to business
needs. Through analysis and critical thinking identify areas or risk or
inefficiencies for improvement and provide recommendations to fill in gaps
and improve business processes and structures, which include technology,
people, organizational, and technological structures. The role often
bridges technical teams and business departments so they can work together
to achieve the functional specifications required to meet business needs.


*Job Description:*

   - Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering
   areas for improvement, and


   - developing and implementing solutions


   - Stay current with customer needs and strategies, utilizing formal and
   informal written communication


   - methods to communicate updates and findings, and facilitating project
   meetings and presentations to
   - diverse audiences from business to cross-functional partners, and from
   application users to business
   - leadership stakeholders


   - Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating
   project documentation, managing


   - project scope, adjusting schedules when necessary, determining daily
   priorities, ensuring efficient and
   - on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones, following proper
   escalation paths, and managing

   - Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing

   - Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
   - Performing requirements analysis
   - Producing as-is and to-be process flow diagrams, information flow

   - 8+ years project management experience
   - 4+ years Pharma experience
   - Experience in Pharma and GxP compliance / 21 CFR Part 11
   - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
   - Action-oriented creative thinker and problem solver
   - The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to
   determine acceptable solutions.
   - Advanced technical skills
   - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
   - Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
   - Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
   - Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio,
   PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with


   - experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership


   - A track record of following through on commitments
   - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
   - Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
   - A history of leading and supporting successful projects
