The PCP power supply draws 200 watts...it may be possible that other
components draw
far less juice, and so will still work.

Why not try it?
(Don't answer that...if the UPS is bunged it costs a lot more than $60-$120...
right?...8>)

Also...you should be able to pick up a power supply for the PCP on eBay for
$20-$30,
although that can take a while.

It is possible to check the power supply with an ammeter, but if the UPS is
not delivering,
any test of the PCP will be worthless anyway.
