I've been monitoring this (very excellent) list for some months, and have
communicated directly with some participants who have upgraded from 604(e)
processors to G3 daughterboards.

I'd like to pose the question broadly: If one has a 604(e) processor in the
200 Mhz range, is the expense of an upgrade to G3 worth it, esp. if one is
primarily doing non-Photoshop work (word processing, spreadsheet, web,
email, etc.)?
