As others have warned you, I would suggest you wait and see. A wise S/W
Development Director (of the board) once told me, "Never buy anything
that has a .0 behind it. If you will look at MicroSuck. The public bears
the brunt of their debugging testing. Since they have made so much money
selling these (really Beta Versions), I am fearful others are going to
follow in the same reprehensible fashion. MacAddict Cheer leaders are
jumping up and down and waving their pennants over MicroSuck Office
Suite for OS X. In my not so humble opinion, the person that values his
time should wait until OS X and the offering from the Evil Empire, have
been debugged to a large extent by the nerdier contingent of the
Macintosh faithful. (Were you aware that Forbe's tagged us as a "Cult Following"?)

My #2 son was a Senior UNIX Programer for S/W Bell. He states, "Unix is
difficult for the novice. It is most definitely not user friendly. That
is why UNIX people are paid so much. Though complex, It is defiantly a
superior operating system. Apple faces a real challenge to develop a
user friendly/intuitive interface."

My OS 9.1 system is 99% crash free. Thanks to Conflict Catcher's Sets
and my removing any S/W extensions, Control Panels, preferences and
etc., even remotely connected to MicroSuck.

Myself, I plan to give OS X and MicroSuck a three year, debugging
window. Most of the people I've come into contact with, that own
PowerComputing machines, seem more suspicious of Hype ... than the
average Mac Addict or MacWorld subscriber.
