Okay - help me out here. I use surge protectors. How does this go?

-The computer is off.
-The computer is plugged in to the surge protector.
-The surge protector is on.

Have I got that?

You know you're in the boonies when

(a) There are no kosher restaurants
(b) You can't find a wrist strap
