Date: Tue, 9 Oct 2001 12:38:47 -0400 Hi Paul, I did it with a voodoo3 3000 and I am very satisfied, there are two catches, though. 1) The Roms an the drivers are OS dependant I use the ROMs and drivers version 11, with OS 8.1. I have also an OS9 partition, which will have no accelerated video. If you intend to use the card with OS8, use the v.11 of the driver, for OS9 use version 12. Apparently version 13 is very unstable, but I am saying this on what I read elsewhere, rather than from personal experience. 2) If you have a Mac monitors you'll need an adapter or to switch to a Pc monitor. Only VGA adapter on card. 3) No OSX for now, sorry ... After all a great card, though. All the instruction on flashing the ROM come with the drivers, a two minutes businnes!
