It sounds like you have hit a lot of the main sources, but here are a few
you didn't say:

Reseat the RAM chips, the HD cables, the graphics card, the CPU daughter
card, and all other connections that could have come loose.

Boot from a floppy in case the hard drive with your OS has gotten it's boot
blocks scrambled.

Check all pins on connectors for a bent or broken pin.

Examine all ribbon cables for cracks or flex damage.

Remove all dust with the computer unplugged and a blower or vacuum that has
a metal grounding surface that you can touch along with a metal part of the
computer such as the power supply. Vacuums generate a lot of static
electricity, so grounding is an importantant precaution.
