I cannot get a zip disk to eject from the internal zip drive on my PW120. The manual eject button doesn�t work. The disk will not mount on the desktop. I have removed the drive but am reluctant to forcibly pull the disk from the drive. I also order a replacement ZIP drive from MacResQ but it does not resemble the drive I removed from the PW120. The new drive came without a mounting bracket assembly. Can I use the original mounting unit? How does one replace the drive?
