I haven't done any research to see what actually *is* available, but keep in mind that most if not all internal PCI modems are "Winmodems," which means that they rely on your computer's processor, as well as the Windows OS, to most of the work of the modem. Your best bet is an external modem that connects through the serial port, which would be just as good if not better than an internal modem, even if you could find one that worked. I recommend US Robotics myself; I know that at least some of their external modems have/had Mac drivers.
