Hi!
Maybe someone can give me a clue to what is going on! I don't know much
about the hard ware part of my computer. I DO NOT EVER Open it up and fool
around inside, or anything like that.

This strange problem started about a week ago

My monitor has been "popping" as if it is getting little static electric
shocks - or small power surges. It happens very often - at least every 10
minutes or so. SOMTIMES these "pops" make the screen go black -- I then turn
my monitor off & then back on. There is this soft sound that sounds like a
tiny static shock.

I have checked all my conections & cords - everything is okay, and in
properly.

Is my monitor about to explode or what????? HELP!

I have a old 1996 Powwer Computing Monitor. It is a 16 inch (14.5 viewable)
color - Model No PCCS1189. 50/60hz 2.0A. The hard drive I have is Power
Tower 150 - running system Mac OS 8.6.

Thank you to anyone whom writes me back
HOPE I can see it when you do!
If i do not answer it will be because my monitor did die!!!
Sincerely
KimBerly
