Hey,
Yah, I've three chips --1 32 mb and 2 64 mb. No matter what I put into the 
first slot it shows as 32 mb and non of them impact the CPU upgrade's 
backside cache working. And you have to have a ram module in the first slot 
or it won't work at all.

Powerlogix keeps saying it must be bad backside cache and approving a 
replacement.
