I've been running OS X 10.1.5 on a PowerTowerPro with a G3 upgrade card. I had some trepidation at first, but the more I have used it the more I enjoy it. Ryan Remple's XpOSFacto program is a a very slick offering, especially as free ware. The comments about requiring 9.1 are correct, and you cannot have too much RAM. The installation went very much as described in the XpOSFacto pages on OWC's site. The only significant difference I notice between my daughter's 450 G4 with OS X and this machine is cold boot time. I just have an extra cup of coffee in the mornings. <G> The pleasures of being able to keep multiple applications open without penalty and the 'crash proofness' of OS X, make it a real pleasure to work with. I use a partitioned 4 Gig drive for OS X and 9.2 (which I use for the classic mode) I have 9.1 on a separate HD as back up boot disc. You'll definitely go through a "where's my Mac gone" adjustment, but OS X grows on you real fast as you work with it.
