hi, maybe someone here can help me on this:
i've inherited a Umax T630 scanner and am trying to hook it up to my power center 132 machine. i've downloaded the scan software and the driver form the umax site. I've hooked it up to my hard drive. I used a power cord I had around and used the scsi cable off my Iomega zip drive. When I start the computer I get a gray screen---the hard drive icon never comes up. i have to shut off from the box. it's the only scsi device attched to the computer. i've tried it with either of two empty scsi id's. don't really know what it could be. any tips???? thanks alot! carrie __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
