I've gotten a lot of milage out of FWB. Once you start messing with older machines, clones and non-apple drives it becomes helpful.
Most recently I was having maddening freezes with my 7600/132 heavilly upgraded with 9.1, 266 G3, firewire/usb, 10/100, non-apple drives and more. I never quite believed that it was really necessary to update the hard disk drivers when you upgrade the system, but sure enough when I used FWB to upgrade the drivers on the hard drive it stopped crashing and has been stable since. - Stephen Peters - [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------Amazing! ------------------------------------------------http://www.amz.com ------------------------------------------------503.827.3500 -- Power Computing is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... 123Inkjets.com <http://lowendmac.com/ad/123inkjets.html> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Power Computing list info: <http://lowendmac.com/power/list.html> Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/powercomputing%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Macintosh?
