A couple of months back, I also had a problem with AppleWorks 6.2.1 on the "Learn the Word" feature. The learn option was fuzzy, aka, not fully defined, so you couldn't select it. Low and behold, the latest issue of the AWUG news letter ... had the solution.
BTW, are you using Word 6 or MicroSuck Works 4 ? They both are Criminal Scam items to the MAX! ... Such a bad experience ... it would have resulted in multiple homicides, had Seattle not been such a long drive from Fort Worth. I made that drive in 1962. In a Copper colored, 1953 Cadillac, Stick shift, Hearse. Put on my Lusky's Western Straw hat (with a "Denton Pinch" crease) and my "L. White", hand made boots. Stuck a Rum soaked Crook cigar out the side 'o' my mouth and told 'em it was a Texas Station Wagon. Later that year, we drove up to Moss Port, Canada to see my old friend & fellow Texan, Jess Thomas win the road race on a G50 Matchless. RHB ********************** "Michael S.
