I thought things were going too well. After installing the ATA 100 card and new IDE hard disk, in my PC 150 everything worked fine. I added a USB PCI Card and software and all was well. I connected a USB Iomega drive in order to load my backup stuff. All went well for much of it, but suddenly for no apparent reason I have a grid of vertical black lines on the monitor which I cannot eliminate.. Tried restart extensions off, isolating the USB card and Iomega, nothing gets rid of it. Sometimes the grislines turn white and two biggies attach themselves to the right of the arrow. All functions including email work fine, only I see everything through a grid!
Comments, anyone? I haven't yet reloaded my system software and don't think that's the problem (MACOS 9.1) -- Power Computing is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... 123Inkjets.com <http://lowendmac.com/ad/123inkjets.html> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Power Computing list info: <http://lowendmac.com/power/list.html> Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/powercomputing%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Macintosh?
