Can the processor speed on these cards be changed? Can the CPU:bus speed ratio be
changed? For example:

Could the 225MHz CPU from the PTP run with a bus speed of 56.25MHz, i.e., a 4:1 ratio?

Could the PCP180 CPU run at, say 160 MHz (3 x 53.33 MHz bus speed)?
