Hello,
Many of these systems are notorious for seating problems (I have had 
the same problem in a PowerCurve, PowerWave and PowerTower).  Remove 
cards, ram, cache, processor, Riser (if applicable).  Reinstall 
everything making sure everything is seated.  Push the cuda switch. 
When you power up, press and hold command-option-r-p until you hear a 
second chime.  You should now have video.
