Those are pretty reliable drives Drew, so the problem probably lies in the jumpers. go to http://www.thetechpage.com/cgi-bin/default.cgi for a diaghram of the jumper settings and yank the terminator jumpers (if they're on) and try, try again. I've found termination to be the most common problem with scsi devices.
